Biography
Rajiv Malhotra helps entrepreneurs, incorporated professionals and their families align corporate structures, shareholder agreements and insurance with their personal estate plans.
He has particular experience with corporate-owned life insurance, group benefits and pension plans, and with clients whose accounts are spread across several provinces, the United States or overseas. Rajiv coordinates with foreign counsel and financial institutions to ensure beneficiary changes are recognized wherever the assets are held.
Before joining Kings Attorneys, Rajiv practised corporate law at a national firm in Vancouver. He is licensed in both Ontario and British Columbia.
